Cancellation Policy: CA Picnix does not offer any refunds however, we can reschedule your reservation time. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on our availability with a prior 72 hour notice. Any rescheduling after 72 hours will incur a 20% rescheduling fee to move your reservation. Day of Cancellations and No Shows will require the client to book a new luxury picnic and original booking deposit will be forfeited. Cancellation due to COVID-19: No refund will be issued but Client will have the option to reschedule within 3 months of original booking date. COVID-19: CA Picnix takes the utmost care to protect clients and their guests from the spread of COVID-19. We follow all CDC and local guidelines for masking, social distancing, glove and sanitation practices. Client agrees to notify CA Picnix of any infection before attendance and limit exposure by prohibiting infected invitees and/or rescheduling the picnic if necessary.
