At CA Picnix, we strive to give our clients the best Luxury Picnic experience. That’s why we believe our store policies should be fair, clear, and transparent. Read about them below, and contact us with questions.
1. Bookings
No Booking will be held without payment of 50% total package cost.
Full payment must be received by CA Picnix 72 hours prior to picnic date.

2. Rental Items and Décor
All Picnic and Décor items are property of CA Picnix and is to be returned in the same condition as provided. Any loss or damage will be charged to the client accordingly. Stains to linens and rental items that require professional cleaning may result in a professional cleaning fee.

3.Early Departure
Should you decide you would like to leave earlier than the arranged time, please provide us with notice 30 minutes prior to allow CA Picnix time to return to the location to pack up. You are responsible for the picnic items until we are able to return.

4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: CA Picnix does not offer any refunds however, we can reschedule your reservation time. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on our availability with a prior 72 hour notice. Any rescheduling after 72 hours will incur a 20% rescheduling fee to move your reservation.
Day of Cancellations and No Shows will require the client to book a new luxury picnic and original booking deposit will be forfeited.
Cancellation due to COVID-19: No refund will be issued but Client will have the option to reschedule within 3 months of original booking date.

5.Inclement Weather
In the event of inclement weather CA Picnix offers the option to reschedule within 30 days of original booking date or we can move the picnic indoors and proceed with the original scheduled date.

6. COVID-19
CA Picnix takes the utmost care to protect clients and their guests from the spread of COVID-19. We follow all CDC guidelines for masking, social distancing, glove and sanitation practices. Client agrees to notify CA Picnix of any infection prior to attendance and limit exposure by prohibiting infected invitees and/or rescheduling the picnic if necessary.
